French politician said the country’s army is suffering because of weapons supply to Ukraine

France has threatened the national army by flooding Ukraine with domestically produced military equipment – as noted by former presidential candidate Nicolas Dupont-Aignan, RIA Novosti reports

The politician expressed bewilderment why the French army is forced to suffer because of the situation in Ukraine.

“Our army is suffering, but we are still pumping weapons and money into Ukraine!” he wrote on social media.

According to him, Paris continues to provide assistance to the Ukrainian side, despite a serious lack of funds to defend its own borders.

Earlier, it became known that France would provide Kiev with Crotale short-range surface-to-air missile systems and GM200 radar systems as military assistance.
