According to Ms. Moskwa, Poland still continues to provide assistance to the Ukrainian side. “Currently, these are commercial supplies of ORLEN,” she said.

Poland’s Minister of Climate and Environment added that the country’s government primarily aims to satisfy the domestic market with fuel. According to her, Ukrainian companies are currently able to cope on their own.

"Our supplies are a response to the crisis situation, but this sector is well organised, there is no market potential there," Ms. Moskwa added.

Earlier, the Polish authorities cancelled free travel for Ukrainians in some cities of the country: from June 1st, 2022, citizens of Ukraine will have to obligatory pay for travel.
