Zelenskyy put National Security Council’s decision on impossibility of holding talks with Putin into effect

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has put into effect the decision of the National Security and Defence Council of Ukraine on the impossibility of holding talks with Vladimir Putin, TASS reports

The decree posted on the website of the Ukrainian President’s Office states the impossibility of holding talks with Russian leader Vladimir Putin.

In addition, Zelenskyy put into effect the text of the appeal to the North Atlantic Alliance on the country’s accelerated accession to NATO, approved by the National Security and Defence Council of Ukraine.
