Polish security forces threw away another dead refugee

The policy of the Polish authorities, which legitimised the mistreatment of refugees, continues to kill people – as stated by the State Border Committee of Belarus in its Telegram channel

On February 4th, five metres from the barriers on the border with Poland, the Belarusian border patrol found the dead body of a foreigner, presumably an Iraqi citizen born in 2001.

“The body of the young man was in the immediate vicinity of the culvert in the Polish barrier. The gratings covering the technological opening have the ability to rise from the Polish side,” the State Border Committee noted.

According to preliminary information, it was through the culvert that the dead body was moved to Belarusian territory.

According to the State Border Committee, since the beginning of the migration crisis on the border with Poland, this is the 12th death of a refugee as a result of the actions of the Polish security forces.
