Expert: NATO has no reason to start aggression against Belarus now, alliance is trying to create it

The North Atlantic Alliance is trying to create grounds for launching aggression against Belarus and Russia – as stated by Aleksei Avdonin, an expert from the Belarusian Institute for Strategic Studies, in his talk with the Soloviev Live channel

Earlier, Aleksandr Lukashenko warned about the upcoming provocation in Poland involving Polish and American intelligence services, in which Belarus and Russia are planned to be accused.

“NATO has no reason to launch aggression against Belarus now. There are many selfish grounds, but there is no reason. In order for them to create this belli incident, a provocation is needed. This may be as follows: allegedly certain Belarusian units enter the territory of Poland, and after that it becomes possible to accuse Belarus of extremely aggressive activities. However, it is important to understand that not only Belarus is a root cause: they are all time speculating on the Union State group of troops, which involves the Russian Federation as well. Further, it would be possible to develop a standard set of schemes in the media, asserting that everything had been organised by Russia or Belarus,” Mr. Avdonin noted.

According to the expert, the President of Belarus speaks about this publicly – doing this also in order to warn Poles, “He is warning the Polish citizens that provocations against the country’s civilian population will be carried out by Anglo-Saxons and the biased Polish authorities. What forms can they take? These might be victims, murders, a seizure of some school…”
