Cosmonaut Novitsky: Marina Vasilevskaya is doing excellent training

On February 28th, the Gagarin Research and Test Cosmonaut Centre hosts an examination complex training of the main crew of the 21st expedition to the International Space Station (ISS). Roscosmos cosmonaut Oleg Novitsky, Belarusian space flight participant Marina Vasilevskaya and NASA astronaut Tracy Dyson are taking part in the training. The training takes place on the simulators of the Soyuz MS manned transport spacecraft and the Russian segment of the ISS.

“We do not know what kind of emergency situations they have prepared for us. Only the commission knows them, and we will find out directly at training. I believe that I have a small bonus due to previous flights. In addition, Tracy has space flight experience, and Marina is doing excellent training. Therefore, psychological and moral comfort is felt,” Oleg Novitsky noted.
