UK refuses to rescue its mercenaries from captivity in Ukraine

The official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova, said that the British authorities will not release British mercenaries held captive in Ukraine, TASS reports

“The UK leadership rejects its citizens that are being captured there [in Ukraine]. I mean, Ukraine and the British citizens. Being involved in a discussion of human rights, making statements over various humanitarian situations around the world, they literally immediately turned away from their own people – saying it was their private affair and let them get out of it in any way they want,” Ms. Zakharova said.
