“We discussed all economic issues of our co-operation, including the ones that are within your competence and responsibility. We agreed that, after the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, we will talk more thoroughly, in a working mode, about the economy, politics, and military-technical co-operation,” the Belarusian leader said.

According to Aleksandr Lukashenko, the current visit of Yang Jianqiang to Belarus will give an opportunity to look into the future of the two states’ relations, especially in the building industry. “There are a number of issues that we need to discuss with you, since you are the largest company operating in Belarus,” the Head of State addressed Yang Jianqiang. “All this is due to the fact that I need to thoroughly prepare for a conversation, which will be soon, as we have agreed, with President Xi Jinping.”
