Lavrov: we are ready to discuss Ukraine's security guarantees

Russia’s Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said, “We want Ukraine to be neutral. Russian President Vladimir Putin has repeatedly said that – by insisting on non-expansion of NATO – we do not want to deny security to the Ukrainian state and its people at all. We are ready to discuss the security guarantees of Ukraine together with the security guarantees of European countries and, of course, Russia.”
