Great Stone Park discussed possible areas of co-operation with Iranian Pardis Technology Park

As reported by the Industrial Park Development Company, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Iran to Belarus Alireza Sanei visited the Great Stone Park. At the innovation centre, the Park’s Administration spoke about the conditions for doing business in the industrial park, infrastructure construction and development prospects. The head of the diplomatic mission got acquainted with the progress of the park’s construction, as well as the activities of the One Station centre for comprehensive services for residents and investors.

During the negotiations, the parties discussed possible areas of co-operation, including the development of interaction with the Iranian Pardis Technology Park and holding a presentation of the Park as part of upcoming exhibitions in Iran.

It also became known earlier that a new resident of the industrial park – China-Belarus High-Tech Innovation Research Institute – will be implementing a project to create a Chinese-Belarusian R&D Centre at the Shandong Academy of Sciences.

The centre will promote liaisons between research institutes of Belarus and China, provide support services and facilities for the incubation of scientific and technological innovative enterprises. It will also independently carry out research and development work in the Park.

The Great Stone Industrial Park has been also visited by a government delegation from China’s Shandong Province. The guests got acquainted with the history and development of the Park in the innovation centre, preferential treatment and plans for future construction, and also took part in negotiations with the management of the Park’s Administration and the company for the development of the industrial park.
