Draft of updated Constitution in audio record

The draft of the updated Constitution of the Republic of Belarus is now available in audio record – as reported by BelTA

In order to ensure as many citizens of Belarus as possible to get acquainted with the draft of the updated Basic Law, it was decided to make it an audio version. This step will enable visually impaired Belarusians to take an active part in the discussion of the country’s Constitution.

The team of the First National Channel of the Belarusian Radio worked on the audio recording project. It took two hours for the hosts Pavel Lazovik and Nadezhda Lysenko to read all 49 pages of the text. The document contains 148 articles. All changes begin with a preamble.
