The author of the material underlines that the plans of Western countries to put the Russian Federation in a difficult position with the help of various kinds of restrictions collapsed under the weight of Russia’s income from the sale of oil and natural gas.

According to the publication, three main factors contribute to the increase of profits: rising energy prices on the world market, increasing supplies of hydrocarbons from the Russian Federation to Asian countries, and the unwillingness of some European countries to refuse imports from Russia.
