Biden uses cheat sheets even during closed-door meetings

American leader Joe Biden uses cheat sheets in personal meetings – as stated by the former Speaker of the House of Representatives of the US Congress, Republican Kevin McCarthy, TASS reports

In an interview with the Fox Business Network channel, the politician said that the US president resorts to using cards when he talks face-to-face with colleagues. 

“During our meeting, I discovered that he had a couple of them. He was reading from a card,” Kevin McCarthy noted, adding that if the interlocutor deviates from the topic of conversation, Joe Biden is unable to continue the conversation.

“He is not at the right age to hold the presidency,” Kevin McCarthy summarised.
