Belarusian military start preparing facilities for Topol missile complex stationing

Belarusian servicemen have begun seasonal work on the improvement of facilities where strategic missile forces units were previously based, the Defence Ministry reports in its Telegram channel

It is noted that the military are involved into the improvement of the territory after the winter, as well as other measures aimed at maintaining the infrastructure in proper condition.

The Defence Ministry clarified that the combat launch positions had been previously used for the Topol mobile ground-based missile system.

Topol is a ground-based strategic missile system in which self-propelled launchers with missiles can move on low-category roads or off-road, and its use is carried out from specially prepared launch positions.
