US said majority of Ukrainian refugees would like to return home
US Deputy Special Representative for Ukraine’s Economic Recovery Tyson Barker said the majority of refugees who fled Ukraine after the start of the Russian special military operation want to go back home, TASS reports
Mr. Barker noted that he had been recently to Romania, where he met with a group of Ukrainian refugees, who said they all wanted to return home and take part in the restoration of the Ukrainian economy.
The US official added that 93 percent of all Ukrainian refugees currently in Romania plan to return in the future, including highly qualified specialists.
