Zelenskyy complained that Russia is now faster adapting to sanctions

The President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyy, is dissatisfied with Russia’s faster adaptation to sanctions and a slower introduction of new restrictions by Europe, RIA Novosti reports

The Ukrainian leader made such a statement during a joint press conference with the Head of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen, in Kiev. The meeting was broadcast on her Twitter account.

“We see now that Europe’s pace of sanctions has slowed down a bit, while the terrorist state [Russia] is, in turn, increasing the pace of its adaptation to sanctions,” the Ukrainian leader said, calling for increased sanctions pressure on Moscow.
