A survey carried out by the French Institute of Public Opinion (IFOP) found that 35 percent of those questioned intend to vote for Le Pen in the first round. Additionally, 33 percent of respondents said they would support the president of the National Rally party, Jordan Bardella, if Le Pen is unable to run.
