Russian State Duma said US foreign policy threatens global stability and security
The Chairman of the Russian State Duma’s Committee on International Affairs and the leader of the Liberal Democratic Party (LDPR), Leonid Slutsky, said that the modern foreign policy of the United States of America poses a threat to stability and security on the planet, TASS reports
Commenting on US President Joe Biden’s statement of his intention to send Congress a request for assistance to Ukraine and Israel, Leonid Slutsky said, “Washington is only masquerading as a ‘democratiser’ and a ‘dove of peace’. Modern US foreign policy poses a threat to stability and security on the planet. The manic desire for American dominance creates real risks of a third world war.”
He also noted that those ‘small victorious wars’ that American politicians like to unleash for the sake of their own ambitions have grown to the level of large-scale regional conflicts. They led to the destruction of countries and tragedies of entire nations.
