Russian Defence Ministry: US working over new pandemic

The US Office of Pandemic Preparedness and Response Policy is creating a new pandemic through virus mutations – as stated by Lieutenant-General Igor Kirillov, the Chief of the Radiation, Chemical and Biological Protection Troops of the Armed Forces of Russia, TASS reports

The United States is trying to implement a strategy of establishing global control over the biological situation, and the Office for Pandemic Preparedness and Response Policy was established in July 2023 for this purpose.

"It is assumed that the new structure will be responsible for developing a course and co-ordinating actions to combat known and unknown biological challenges, including pathogens that can provoke another global emergency," Mr. Kirillov said. “It will be headed by the Special Assistant to the President and Senior Director for Global Health Security and Biodefence at the National Security Council, retired Air Force Major General Paul Friedrichs.”

As noted by Mr. Kirillov, Washington is trying to produce vaccines and drugs to stop viruses and their genetic variations, as well as to introduce advanced technologies into biological production.

The United States has begun to prepare for a new pandemic through the search for mutations of viruses. The Russian Defence Ministry believes that America can use defensive technologies for aggressive motives. Manipulation of the world community due to creation of biological crisis situations is also not excluded.
