The Polish government often fails to be guided by reason of conscious – as stated by military expert Aleksandr Alesin in his talk with the ONT TV channel while commenting on Poland’s readiness to deploy nuclear weapons on its territory

“The authorities of Poland often fail to be guided by reason of conscious. Their statement on a possibility to deploy nuclear weapons will entail negative consequences. After all, we remember the words of Belarus’ President Aleksandr Lukashenko when he said that if something of the kind is deployed on the neighbouring territory, then corresponding weapons will arrive from Russia in response," Mr. Alesin stressed.

According to the military expert, Poland is simply aggravating the situation with such statements, “The question is whether Poland understands what this will lead to. Others are now thinking instead of it.”

As previously reported, Poland’s Deputy Prime Minister, Chairman of the Committee for National Security and Defence Affairs Jarosław Kaczyński said that his country is open for deployment of US nuclear weapons on its territory. According to him, this step would significantly contribute to the deterrence of Moscow.
