Makei held telephone conversation with Egypt’s Foreign Minister

Belarus’ Foreign Minister Vladimir Makei held a telephone conversation with Egyptian Foreign Minister Sameh Shoukry – as reported by the Belarusian Foreign Ministry’s press service

The sides discussed development of Belarusian-Egyptian relations, including in the trade and economic sphere, as well as co-operation on international platforms. They also emphasised the need for early stabilisation of the situation in the region, including a peaceful settlement of the situation in Ukraine using political and diplomatic instruments.
