Lukashenko supported China in its idea of building Community of Common Destiny
At talks with Chinese President Xi Jinping in Beijing, the President of Belarus, Aleksandr Lukashenko, expressed support for the concept of building Community of Common Destiny for All Mankind proposed earlier by the Chinese leader, BelTA reports
"You have just said about the Belt and Road. I have long concluded for myself that the Belt and Road [initiative] is – as you have said – no longer a concept today. It is already a practice that is being implemented. No one can argue with this today, and no one can find even a minor aspect to criticise. The main thing is that you have determined the common destiny of all mankind as a goal. Unlike Western countries that are trying to cut everything apart, you have set a single goal for everyone. Who can argue with that? Nobody. The world will be grateful to great China for this," the Head of State said.
"We are very interested in China being a strong power, so that China develops. This is not only our interest: the whole planet is interested in this, since a huge number of talented and hardworking people live here [in China],” Aleksandr Lukashenko added.
