The countries have a developed contractual and legal framework, with more than 80 documents signed. All Belarusian regions have established partnership relations with Pakistani provinces, and institutional mechanisms of bilateral co-operation are in force: commissions, specialised working groups and a business council.

Complex technical, chemical and food products with high added value are exported to Pakistan – such as tractors, trucks, parts and accessories, tires, chemical fibres, baby food, medicines, cellulose, potash fertilisers, and specific goods. The leading import positions include citrus fruits, rice, leather goods, light industry products (cotton and knitted fabrics, textiles, bed and table linen), medical devices and sports equipment.
