As noted by the Foreign Minister, Moscow and Minsk have opportunities for co-operation in investigating the terrorist attack in Krasnogorsk.

"I heard a recent speech by the President of Belarus, Aleksandr Lukashenko. He said that Belarusian and Russian special services, as well as other law enforcement agencies, co-operate closely on an ongoing basis. Lukashenko stressed that he is ready to continue, and – as he noted – he discussed that situation with Russian President Vladimir Putin. They stay in contact, so there are such opportunities within the Russian-Belarusian co-operation," Mr. Lavrov said, answering the question about which countries are ready to support Russia in the investigation of the terrorist attack.

The diplomat added that, in addition to co-operation in the investigation of the terrorist attack in the Moscow Region, Russia and Belarus are also in contact on the situation in Ukraine, and Minsk is closely monitoring its development.

"The Ukrainian group is stationed on the border with Belarus, constantly projecting a threat to the security of this country. The West is also deploying its troops closer to the borders of both Russia and Belarus in every possible way," Mr. Lavrov stressed.
