Children’s team from Riga suspected of ‘treason’ because of interview with Aleksandr Lukashenko

The anger of the Latvian Foreign Minister fell on the children of the Riga Children’s Radio and Television Academy KidsTV for an interview with the President of Belarus, Aleksandr Lukashenko.
An absolutely wild story is played out in Riga. “Due to the flagrant non-compliance with the recommendations of the Foreign Ministry on travel security and participation in information warfare, the activities of such organisations are unacceptable and must be stopped,” said Latvian Foreign Minister Edgars Rinkēvičs.
The anger of the Latvian Foreign Minister fell on the children of the Riga Children’s Radio and Television Academy KidsTV because they went to the Slavianski Bazaar in Vitebsk International Festival of Arts. The children were guilty of the most terrible sin, in the opinion of the Latvian authorities: they took the initiative and themselves interviewed the President of Belarus, Aleksandr Lukashenko.
Now the whole punitive machinery of Baltic democracy has attacked them like crazy. With a high probability, Academy KidsTV will soon be closed. After all, children and their parents simply will not be able to answer anything.
