Khrenin: Ukraine concentrated 100,000+ troops on Belarus’ border
Ukraine concentrated a strike force of 112,000 to 114,000 troops on the border with Belarus – as stated by Belarus’ Defence Minister, Lieutenant General Viktor Khrenin in his talk with the Rossiya-24 TV channel, BelTA reports
“Today, there are about 112,000 to 114,000 [people] in this group. About 17,000 of them are involved in the direct protection of the Ukrainian-Belarusian border,” Viktor Khrenin noted.
He stated that this situation does not require the build-up of additional Belarusian military forces on the border with Ukraine.
