Taking control of Kharkov and Odessa will be able to ensure the security of the Russian Federation – as stated by the Head of the Chechen Republic, Ramzan Kadyrov, in his talk with the Rossiya-1 TV channel, TASS reports

Mr. Kadyrov shared his point of view, saying that Russia will fully complete all the tasks set by late 2023. According to him, the least of all that needs to be done is to establish control over Odessa and Kharkov.
