Japan relaxed entry rules for foreigners

The Japanese authorities decided to increase the limit of travellers arriving in the country from September 7^th, RIA Novosti reports

According to Japan’s Prime Minister Fumio Kishida, the daily limit of tourists will increase from 20 to 50 thousand people. Moreover, foreigners who have three doses of the vaccine recognised by Japan will no longer need to provide a negative PCR test result.

As reported, this requirement has not been cancelled for Russians yet.

Mr. Kishida noted that – due to the easing of entry rules – travellers will be able to enjoy the benefits of the weaker Japanese Yen which has made domestic goods and services cheaper.
