French expert believes referendums in Donbass are legitimate

French expert on geopolitical issues Fabrice Beor said he has no doubts about legitimacy of referendums on the issue of joining the Russian Federation held in the Lugansk People’s Republic, Donetsk’s People’s Republic, Kherson and Zaporozhye regions, RIA Novosti reports

Fabrice Beor called the voting – which has been taking place since September 23^rd and is scheduled to end today, September 27^th – ‘a real example of the people's will’.

“There is no doubt that the referendum has been held legally, absolutely legitimately historically and in accordance with international law," he said.
