Borrell: EU already handed over 600m different ammunition to Kiev

According to the High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Josep Borrell, the EU has already transferred 600m different ammunition to Kiev and provided training for 16 thousand Ukrainian military, TASS reports

Mr. Borrell shared this information during a meeting of the contact group on Ukraine in Ramstein.

He also said that the EU countries continue to work on joint purchases of weapons and military equipment.

Earlier, the press secretary of the President of the Russian Federation, Dmitry Peskov, stated that pumping Ukraine with weapons does not contribute to the success of Russian-Ukrainian negotiations, but produces a negative effect.
