Belarus’ Government terminated agreement with Ukraine on sci-tech co-operation

The agreement between the Government of Belarus and the Government of Ukraine on co-operation in the field of science and technology is terminated, with the corresponding Council of Ministers’ resolution (dated December 12th, 2023) No. 869 published on the National Legal Internet Portal

It is noted that, according to the document, the agreement between Belarus and Ukraine on sci-tech co-operation, signed in Kiev on December 17th, 1992, has been terminated.

The Foreign Ministry has been instructed to send notice of termination of the treaty.

The resolution comes into force from the date of its adoption.
