Konyuk has been working as an Ambassador to Armenia for almost three years.

“This is a very creative activity. It has little politics and primarily deals with the economics. Roughly speaking, I sell meat, milk, tractors, buses, and vehicles. Export is the main task for diplomats, set by the President for everyone,” he stressed.

In 2022, Belarus and Armenia doubled their trade turnover. Konyuk said that today the two countries continue this trend. In H1 2023, there is already an increase in trade. Belarus supplies food products to Armenia which are much-in-demand there. According to the diplomat, Armenia’s potential as a trading partner is much greater.
