Beijing: Russia, China enjoy open relations

Relations between Russia and China are not amenable to interference and coercion by third parties; they are open and mutual, RIA Novosti reports

Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman Wang Wenbin has responded to reports that China is allegedly providing military assistance to Russia, “Co-operation between China and Russia is honest, fair and open, it benefits the peoples of the two countries and contributes to global development, it is not amenable to interference, threats and coercion from any third party.”

He also stressed that China always responsibly treats exports of military goods and has always controlled it in accordance with laws and regulations.
