Around 740,000 EU residents visited Belarus without visas over past 18 months

Since the launch of the visa-free regime, almost 740,000 residents of the EU have taken this opportunity to visit Belarus, the State Border Committee reports in its Telegram channel

The State Border Committee has announced the total number of foreigners that have visited Belarus since the launch of the visa-free regime – 737,953, including 462,816 citizens of Lithuania, 168,866 citizens and 51,699 non-citizens of Latvia, as well as 54,571 citizens of Poland.

Meanwhile, since January 1st of this year, 352,966 foreigners have travelled to Belarus from the neighbouring EU countries: 214,443 citizens of Lithuania, 80,732 citizens and 24,820 non-citizens of Latvia, as well as 32,861 citizens of Poland.
