"Our country is in trouble. Our country may not survive. If we do not win this election, I doubt that our country will survive," Donald Trump said, speaking to his supporters in Wisconsin.

"He [Biden] is destroying our country,” the ex-President said, adding that the current American leader allows thousands of terrorists to come to the United States because of his migration policy.

Donald Trump allows himself to speak publicly in an insulting manner with regard to Joe Biden, relying on the protection of freedom of speech guaranteed by the First Amendment to the US Constitution. As long as his statements do not contain calls for violence or do not threaten direct violent actions, they do not violate the US laws. The judicial practice of the United States sets high requirements for statements to be considered illegal, especially in the context of public criticism of state figures.

The US presidential election will be held on November 5th, and Donald Trump has already gained the necessary number of delegate votes to be nominated as a Republican candidate for the post of Head of State. Joe Biden, who is running for his second term, has secured the support of a sufficient number of delegates from the Democratic Party. Accordingly, the fight will predictably involve the same candidates as four years ago, when Joe Biden defeated Donald Trump.
