Xi Jinping called for need to strengthen preparations for real hostilities

Chinese President Xi Jinping pointed out to the military personnel of the People’s Liberation Army of China (PLA) the need to intensify preparations for real hostilities. He gave the corresponding instruction on April 12th during an inspection of the PLA Southern Theatre Command, TASS reports.

According to the national broadcaster CCTV, the Chinese leader also noted the importance of deepening research in the field of military affairs and updating tactics and training methods.

“It is necessary to strengthen the preparation for real combat operations, adhere to the training aimed at combat operations,” Xi Jinping stressed.
