Vice President of Venezuela: Belarus, Venezuela are architects of new world

Belarus and Venezuela are the architects of a new world, promoting the idea of a world order where there is no place for sanctions or aggression – as stated by the Vice President for Planning, Minister of Planning of Venezuela, Ricardo Jose Menendez Prieto, during his today’s meeting with the President of Belarus, Aleksandr Lukashenko

Ricardo Menendez first of all thanked the Head of State for the opportunity to meet and conveyed warm greetings from Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro personally to Aleksandr Lukashenko and all Belarusians, “We love and admire Belarus very much. Comandante Hugo Chavez once taught us to love and admire Belarus and its people, and it is not only about the heroic historical past of your country, but also about your vision of the future.”

The Vice President of Venezuela recalled that the current leader of his country, Nicolas Maduro, drew attention to an important point, “Belarus and Venezuela are the architects of a new world. They promote the idea of a world order where there is no place for sanctions or aggression.”

Ricardo Menendez also conveyed to the President of Belarus the wish of the Venezuelan leader to hold a personal meeting in the near future and discuss issues on the bilateral agenda.
