Venezuela’s National Assembly established friendship group with Belarus
The National Assembly of Venezuela has established Venezuela-Belarus friendship group – as reported by the Belarusian Foreign Ministry’s press service
During the solemn event, conversations took place between Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Belarus to Venezuela Andrei Molchan with Vice-President of the National Assembly of Venezuela América Pérez, Chairman of the Venezuela-Belarus Friendship Group Mario Silva Garcia, and Deputy Chairman of the Group María Gabriela Vegas.
Andrei Molchan and the leadership of the Venezuelan Parliament especially noted that the establishment of a friendship group is aimed at strengthening co-operation between the two countries, which has been successfully implemented since 2006 and requires further development.
