“All our ill-wishers are currently concentrated abroad and rely on those fugitives who are in Vilnius and Warsaw. The only way they see to achieve their goal (it’s clear that not without the support of Western sponsors) is that they recently requested $230-250m for their subversive activities against the Republic of Belarus in the near future,” Ivan Tertel said about the information received from Western Europe. “Some of the Western politicians and officials support them. Some are outraged by this aspect, since the financial resources that are supposed to be given to these fugitives are in demand in these countries to solve their national problems.”

The KGB Chief summed up, “I would take this opportunity to advise the fiscal and regulatory authorities of the United States, Poland, Lithuania, Germany, and some other countries to look very carefully at the issues of financing from the budget of funds, which are a ‘lining’ for financing subversive activities in the Republic of Belarus. Around them there is a whole layer of people who are professionally engaged in money laundering. This is probably a subject for assessment by the law enforcement structures of these states. We’re ready to counter threats, including jointly with our brother-friends from the CIS countries.”
