State Border Committee: 588,000+ foreigners visited Belarus without visas

Since the beginning of the visa-free regime, 588,564 foreigners from Lithuania, Latvia and Poland have crossed the Belarusian border – as reported by the State Border Committee in its official Telegram channel

According to the Belarusian border department, since the beginning of the visa-free regime, 381,234 citizens of Lithuania, 39,249 non-citizens and 128,135 citizens of Latvia, as well as 39,946 citizens of Poland have travelled to Belarus.

Since January 1st, 2023, 203,578 residents of neighbouring EU countries have used the visa-free regime: 132,971 citizens of Lithuania, 40,001 citizens and 12,370 non-citizens of Latvia, as well as 18,236 citizens of Poland.

It is also reported that detailed information on visa-free visits to Belarus is available in a special section of the information portal of the State Border Committee and in the Granitsa Belarusi (Border of Belarus) mobile app.
