State Border Committee: 47,000+ EU residents visited Belarus without visas since early 2024

Since the beginning of the year, 45,750 foreigners from the European Union have used the Belarusian visa-free regime to visit the republic, including 26,634 Lithuanian citizens, 9,852 citizens and 2,384 non-citizens of Latvia, as well as 8,879 Polish citizens, the State Border Committee reports in its Telegram channel

“In total, 848,356 foreigners from the neighbouring EU countries have travelled to Belarus since the launch of the visa-free regime: 521,845 citizens of Lithuania, 194,654 citizens and 58,499 non-citizens of Latvia, as well as 73,358 citizens of Poland,” the source said.
