Residents of Germany were informed about possible disappearance of some goods from the shelves of stores, because of which the Germans began to rapidly buy the necessary food. To reduce this fuss, extreme measures had to be taken: now, every German will be able to purchase no more than one pack of pasta and flour at a time.

The German government asked local residents not to make long-term stocks of food, but this did not affect the situation. Moreover, tips on heating food without electricity appeared on German TV channels. Such television programmes cannot but cause concern among the population of Germany.

The residents of France also faced problems with food products. Now the country has set a limit on the amount of sunflower oil sold per person. So, at a time, a Frenchman can purchase no more than six bottles of the product.

Moreover, a number of restrictions have also been introduced in Italy, where they are allowed to sell no more than two bottles of sunflower oil per person. In addition, pasta prices in the country increased by more than 15 percent.
