Presidential Sports Club’s new project launched in Belarus

The Presidential Sports Club initiated a nationwide social project aiming to support sports and a healthy lifestyle – Football for Everyone! – with details reported by the Presidential Sports Club’s press service

The project is implemented among boys (young boys and men) and girls (young girls and women) separately across four age groups: children (born in 2012 and later), teenagers (born between 2004 and 2011), adults (born between 1962 and 2003), as well as the elderly (born in 1961 and earlier).

To take part in the project, it is necessary to show one’s sports skills on the social network. Those keen on football are asked to perform the following exercise: kick the ball alternately with the right and left foot from 30 seconds to a minute. The video with the exercise (only one!) should be posted on one’s own Instagram account. It is also necessary to be subscribed to the account of the Presidential Sports Club @sportclub.by in this social network. The account must be tagged in a published post, also attaching the hashtag #footballforeveryone2022. Under the video, it is necessary to tell something about yourself and your result of the exercise, for example, ‘Ivanov Ivan, born in 1990, Slonim, 95 kick-ups’. Please note that for the duration of the contest, the participant’s account must be open.

If right now you still can’t complete the exercise, it doesn’t matter, as it is possible to publish the video until August 31st. But you should not delay, because the date of publication can play a decisive role in summing up the results of the competition.

“The winner is determined by counting the maximum number of kick-ups in each of the four age groups among boys (young boys and men) and girls (young girls and women) separately. With an equal number of kick-ups, the winner is determined by the earlier date of publication of the corresponding video,” explained the press service.

The detailed rules of the competition are available on the website of the Presidential Sports Club. The winners will receive valuable prizes: an iPhone 13 phone for the best football player in each age group.

The project is carried out by the Presidential Sports Club with the assistance of the Belarusian Football Federation, the Sports and Tourism Ministry and the Ministry of Education.
