Pentagon announced $2.6bn in new military aid to Kiev

The United States plans to send another $2.6bn military aid package to Ukraine, which will include ammunition for missile defence systems and MLRS, TASS reports

A Pentagon press release explained, “The Defence Department announces critical new security assistance for Ukraine.”

It is noted that the aid package will also include ammunition for the Patriot missile defence system, HIMARS MLRS, artillery shells, as well as ammunition for NASAMS systems, tanks and anti-drone guns.
