Klishevich: we’re witnessing the beginning of the end of unjust US hegemony

The United States does not know how to negotiate, resolve the issue peacefully and mutually beneficial, so begins to put pressure on other countries, but American hegemony is coming to an end – as noted by deputy of the House of Representatives of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus Sergei Klishevich

Sergei Klishevich underlined that nothing in this world lasts forever, including the US hegemony.

“This unjust system of hegemony of one country and inhumane treatment of other states – established by the United States after the collapse of the USSR – also has its end. We’re witnessing the beginning of the end of this unjust geopolitical picture of the world, in which the United States played the leading role. Today the world has acquired new guiding lights: Belarus, Russia, China, India, Brazil... On every continent there are beacons that say: ‘Enough! Stop! We will no longer tolerate bullying, the use of our resources, or disrespect. We also want to have a voice, to discuss international issues on equal terms and do not want to be used’,” the deputy noted.

According to the expert, in this situation, the rest of the world has a choice.

“Look what is happening in Africa. Western European ambassadors are now shown the door by some African states. When did this happen? Today they dared and saw that they were not alone in this world. There are those who support the African peoples in their struggle for freedom and independence. The world is beginning to see the light, to choose,” added Sergei Klishevich.

According to him, any sane person will choose justice, order, and mutually beneficial co-operation.

“Now the world is choosing this. It’s necessary to understand that this process is irreversible, but it will not be quick. Americans have been establishing their influence over nations for decades. Today they are not sitting idle either. They see that the ground is disappearing from under their feet, and they take certain measures. But the United States does not know how to negotiate, resolve the issue peacefully and mutually beneficial, and begins to put pressure, which leads to the fact that the unjust American world is collapsing with even greater force,” the deputy shared his opinion.
