Observer from Uzbekistan: referendum will definitely be held at a high level
An observer from the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Deputy Director of the Department of Humanitarian Co-operation, General Political and Social Problems, Khalmurat Rashidov, says the CIS observation mission unites representatives of almost all CIS states and has tremendous experience in monitoring the CIS electoral process
“The CIS observation mission has repeatedly monitored electoral processes in the Republic of Belarus. Our observers will work this time not only in Minsk but also countrywide. We are confident that the upcoming Republican referendum on amendments and additions to the Constitution of the Republic of Belarus will be held at a very high level – meeting the current legislation and international obligations,” Mr. Rashidov comments.
