November saw record new car sales in Belarus for 2023

Belarus recorded record sales of new cars for 2023 in November – as reported by the Belarusian Automobile Association (BAA)

It is noted that the dealer sales market continued to recover in November 2023, with 3,057 passenger cars and light commercial vehicles sold, including 2,689 passenger cars. This is a record monthly sales figure for this year.

The market for new passenger cars in November grew by 340 percent against the corresponding period last year. The BAA noted that the recovery rate of the passenger car market as a whole for January-November 2023 stood at 140 percent, indicating the gradual exhaustion of the low base effect and a slowdown in the rate of recovery dynamics.

The domestic automaker has a consistently high market share., with BelGee passenger cars accounting for 70 percent of dealer sales.
