Lukashenko: what I like about Trump is that he says exactly what he thinks
In an interview with journalists today, President of Belarus Aleksandr Lukashenko said he appreciates US President Donald Trump’s outspokenness, BelTA reports
“What I like about Trump is that he says exactly what he thinks. I like this approach, since we see the true politics and goals of the American leadership. We see who the Americans are, and I like it," the Head of State said.
Aleksandr Lukashenko noted that Donald Trump is an actor in a good sense of the word, but he is also a businessman, journalist, economist and a bit of a politician.
The Belarusian leader stressed that he also always speaks openly if he thinks that the current US Administration and Donald Trump personally act incorrectly or make some missteps, giving examples, “The war in Iran, Maduro was captured in Venezuela.”
Aleksandr Lukashenko also drew attention to the fact that serious pressure is being exerted on the current President inside the United States, including by the military. "Or maybe there is some kind of deep state. Even Americans have begun making guesses on that,” the Belarusian leader noted.
