The implementation of the project ensures an increase in the company’s production, with annual production of glass bottles increasing by 181.4 million pieces, or by 54.9 percent. The range of manufactured glassware will expand via the production of new types of bottles: standard and lightweight.

With the launch of the Auls production site and its reaching the design capacity in October 2023, the total production volume of glass bottles (based on the actual results of 2023) stood at 426.3 million pieces against 344.1 million pieces in 2022. In 2024, it is planned to produce at least 506.8 million pieces of glassware.

The enterprise’s average number of employees for 2023 stood at 1,238 people, while the average monthly salary made up Br1,752. Wages to the company’s employees are paid on time; the factory operates around the clock.

The Grodno Glassworks completely fulfils the indicators of the socio-economic development forecast, including indicators that are a condition for the provision of government support measures. Thus, in 2023, a profitability level of 11.3 percent was achieved, which meets the adjusted figure. The growth rate of labour productivity in terms of sales revenue was 101.8 percent against 2022 level, with an adjusted figure of 100.6 percent. The increase in production costs (in actual prices) compared to last year is estimated at 3.1 percent, with an adjusted growth value of no more than 4.9 percent compared to the level of 2022.
