Lukashenko congratulated Belarusians on Day of State Flag, Emblem and Anthem

The Head of State, Aleksandr Lukashenko, has cordially congratulated his compatriots on the Day of the State Flag, State Emblem and State Anthem of the Republic of Belarus, sb.by reports citing the Belarusian leader’s press service

“The trio of state symbols selected by the people embodies the experiences and traditions, the challenging historical path of our independent and sovereign state, as well as the beauty and uniqueness of blue-eyed Belarus. They accompany us during the most important moments of public life and have already become an essential part of everyday life,” the congratulatory message read.

The Head of State highlighted that respect for the emblem, flag and anthem unites Belarusians and strengthens patriotic feelings towards the country’s achievements and those of its people, “These symbols will continue to inspire pride, a sense of belonging to Belarus’ destiny and responsibility for its future.”

“May our state flag fly proudly in the clear sky, may the emblem demonstrate to the world our will, wisdom and peacefulness, and may the sound of children’s voices during the anthem touch every heart,” Aleksandr Lukashenko added.

The President wished his fellow citizens health, prosperity and new successes and achievements.
